forty years of trust.

a website that finally shows it.

The Impact Dental Centre website open on a laptop and a phone on a cream reception counter, with a softly lit waiting area behind. Scene rendered for presentation; both screens show the live site.
The website’s desktop UX flow map seen at an angle: blue outline computer screens with numbered red pins, joined by red arrows, from the homepage and services menu to the dental implants page, filled in blue, and on to online booking.
Drag to compare. Left: the old Wix homepage. Right: the new homepage at launch.
The BLAK OS colours in one strip: Brand blue, Blue light, Heading brown, Graphite, Fog, Paper and Review gold, each with its hex code.
Twelve thin-line treatment drawings made for the site: exams, hygiene, fillings, implants, root canal, extraction, dentures, orthodontics, veneers, whitening, Botox and emergency care.
The website’s UX flow map seen at an angle: blue outline phone and desktop wireframes with numbered red pins, joined by red arrows, from the homepage and treatment pages to booking, with the dental implants page filled in blue.
The homepage services grid: ten treatments under one roof, each with a line icon and one plain sentence.
Three phones on linen and oak showing the homepage, the dental implants page and the Canadian Dental Care Plan page. Scene rendered for presentation; the screens are the live site.
The dental implants page: a line drawing of an implant beside a plain-language explanation and a request appointment button.
Homepage bentos: 10,000+ patients served, wheelchair accessible, and the eleven languages the team speaks, each written in its own script.
questions

asked, answered.

  • What did BLAK INC build for Impact Dental Centre?
A phone-first website with 26 pages, 13 treatment pages, more than 70 answered patient questions and online booking on every page. Behind it, the search and AI-answer setup, a BLAK OS of 25 pillars for the practice’s colour, type and voice, and explainer videos for the waiting-room screen.
  • Did the new website bring in more search traffic?
Yes. Organic search grew from 52% of visits in 2025 to 71% in the months after launch, and organic sessions a month rose 52%, from 117 to 178, in Google Analytics 4.
  • Why did the practice move off Wix?
To get a phone-first site with booking one tap away, every treatment explained in plain words, and the structure search engines and AI answers need to recommend a family dentist in Surrey, BC.
  • What is a BLAK OS?
A brand operating system: one governed source of truth for a brand’s colour, type, imagery and voice, so every person, vendor and AI tool renders it the same way. Impact Dental Centre’s has 25 pillars and keeps the website, the print pieces and the screen in reception looking like one practice.
  • Is the Impact Dental Centre website accessible?
It is built to WCAG 2.2 AA, and its analytics ask for consent before they load.
